As a doctor and Lactation Consultant, a huge part of my job has always been helping families to undo the damage caused by bad advice they've been given or simply a lack of education & support. I am an expert in what is normal, as well as the holistic care of new babies and their families. My goal is to help you to cut through all the bad advice by learning what is normal. Normal breastfeeding, normal infant behaviour, normal sleeping, normal parental worries. Because when you know normal, you feel more confident filtering out the bad advice and listening to your own intuition.
