I'm Dr Emily Amos, a General Practitioner, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, 200hr yoga teacher and mindfulness instructor who knows only too well the stresses and worries that can come with the transition to early parenthood. I am passionate about preparing new parents to be able to work through the "normal" feeding, sleeping and settling issues often encountered in those early weeks and months in a mindful way.

As a GP and IBCLC, I understand the unique demands placed on new mothers and the stresses involved as we adjust to this new life. Being a mum myself, I completely get how overwhelming it can sometimes feel as you try to navigate through those early days, weeks and months with newborn. I've taken this experience, knowledge and training and created two ways that I can help you feel more confident about making that transition.
