Guided Meditation- Mindfulness of Breath
There are a variety of techniques we use in mindfulness to help to keep our attention in the present moment. One of those is mindfulness of our breathing. By bringing our awareness to the breath, we are able to help to bring our attention back from the many places that it wanders during the day. The real skill of mindfulness lies not in clearing our mind completely, but rather in being able to bring our attention back when it does shift.
